Lumina Pay is a cardless digital wallet streamlining everyday transactions in South Africa. The explainer was built around that single convenience.
Explainer work succeeds when it holds one idea and lets it land. The film shows, in under a minute, why a wallet that lives on a phone is easier to live with than a card that can be forgotten or lost.
The Problem
Cards Add Friction
Physical cards can be forgotten, lost or become an unnecessary point of friction during everyday payments. The explainer had to make that friction felt before presenting the alternative.
