Venay supported the municipality’s WordPress platform through CMS maintenance, technical remediation and public-information support.
The WordPress environment had accumulated technical issues affecting administrator authentication, permissions and reliable access to the publishing system. For a municipal platform carrying public notices, tenders, vacancies, financial documents and service information, losing dependable CMS administration creates an operational communication risk.

Technical issues affected administrator authentication, user permissions and reliable access to the CMS. This created a direct risk to ongoing municipal information publishing.

Technical Remediation Across The CMS
Runtime repair, access recovery and platform checks, completed before the platform was returned to use.
Runtime Repair
A PHP 8.2 deprecation issue inside a filterable posts-table plugin was traced and corrected to restore the authentication pipeline.
Access Recovery
Administrator capabilities, user levels and the obscured login configuration were recovered through database and WordPress-level remediation.
Platform Checks
Authentication flow, rewrite rules, configuration constants and database integrity were reviewed end to end before returning the platform to use.
Impact & Results
A More Stable Municipal Publishing Base
Administrator access was restored and the WordPress environment stabilised. The municipality regained a stronger technical base for publishing notices, tenders, documents and service information.
